I absolutely had a BLAST shooting with Natalie on two separate occasions. Seriously, one of the most talented photographers I've worked with. I can honestly say I've never felt more comfortable in front of the camera than with her, and that is SUPER important haha. People don't realize how your level of comfort can make or break not only the shoot itself, but the end result in your actual photos. She seriously makes you feel completely at ease and really takes the time to make sure that what is captured in the photos is genuine. If I could give her 1 million stars, I would.

I have had many photoshoots in my time but was looking for a photographer who had my vision in mind and a photography style that goes with today's trends. Natalie is not a photographer that shows up for the day and shoots. Everything is planned before hand from make up style to suit your age to wardrobe that reads well on camera. We used Pinterest boards to help us be on the same page about what kind of style and location would be best for shooting. Now that I am older having a photoshoot isn't so exciting as when I did them in my younger days. When I got my photos back I was surprised and impressed and honestly felt happy looking at myself in these photos. I had trouble choosing my favorites. Quality does matter. I have gained a new found confidence from this shoot and feel good about my age again. You will not be disappointed with Mia Portrait Studio's work.
