Like most people, I was definitely nervous beforehand, but Nomi put me at ease and I immediately felt like a total sexy badass (and was walking on air for days afterwards). Not only was Nomi willing to answer all of my questions beforehand, she guided me through the process, directing me with poses and small adjustments to make sure that my photos came out beautifully. She also enthusiastically embraced a few silly ideas I had about photos I wanted. As a person who has struggled with disordered eating and body image in the past, it was incredibly empowering to work with Nomi and I cannot wait to do another photoshoot in the future! "Nomi is truly amazing, and not just her photography. My Uber was in an accident while we were on the way over so I was pretty shaken up, she hugged me, sat me down and we just talked until I was ready to start. In those moments before the shoot when we were talking, she asked all the right questions to understand what it meant to me to being taking these photos, and her warmth and sharing with me about her own life, really eased my nerves and set the tone for an incredible experience. She was so patient & encouraging during the shoot I felt like a star! So helped me nail all the poses and caught all the right angles. The pictures came out better than I could've imagined!
